Cancellation and Exchange Policy

Final Sale Notification: All transactions with Platinum USMLE are considered final upon purchase. Due to limited seating in our courses, including Clinical Skills Courses, USMLE Step 1, Step 2 CK, Step 3, OET classes, and practice exams, we enforce a strict policy of no refunds. This policy is outlined in the e-confirmation emails sent at your registration and is available on our website. Should you need to adjust your course dates, we allow exchanges up to 2033, ensuring flexibility for our students.

Rationale Behind Our Policy: Our commitment to providing exceptional preparation courses necessitates early funding for facility expenses, making our no-refund and exchange-only policy essential. This approach safeguards our business against losses and protects our proprietary materials from intellectual property theft, an issue underscored by recent competitors attempting to infiltrate our classes to misappropriate content, as confirmed through video evidence and student reports.

Exchange Policy: Exchanges for courses of equal value are permitted, allowing students to adapt to their scheduling needs without financial penalty.

Rescheduling Fee Waiver: In recognition of the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently waiving the standard $250 rescheduling fee to accommodate date changes until a test date can be secured. This temporary measure aims to provide additional support to our students during these uncertain times.

Conduct and Integrity: Platinum USMLE upholds the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Any form of irregular behavior, including but not limited to material theft, cheating, or inappropriate communications, will be addressed with an Irregular Behavior Citation and reported to the ECFMG/USMLE, in line with our commitment to maintaining a respectful and honest educational environment.
